We wanted to stay near the airport on our last night and this hotel was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and the room comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on site and the breakfast buffet is wonderful with a lot of options to choose from. But if looking for something different, just across from it, a few steps away, there are several restaurants (Peruvian, Argentinian and Mexican). There's also a Walmart next door, which is very convenient to stock up on snacks before the flight. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient and it was on-time.

I love the Courtyard for an overnight stay before or after a flight from SJO airport! It is the closest hotel (literally 5 minutes drive) plus they offer an airport shuttle that comes around every 30 minutes and collects you for free! I loved the excellent breakfast buffet - for a Courtyard that was a 5-star buffet! I stayed at other higher-ranked hotels with fewer options! Amazing! The staff also is so great, I loved chatting with them. They helped me with some questions unrelated to the hotel - and were very helpful and sweet.

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was disappointed because I believed what I paid for included breakfast, but I was informed that it did not. I felt the cost was pricey to not include breakfast. I specifically chose this hotel for the closeness to the airport, the free shuttle service, and the breakfast that I thought it included. They people were very friendly and helpful. I liked the security of the room cards for using the elevators. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel was also excellent.

First off the location is great. right across the highway to the airport. That's a big plus because there is a shuttle that will take you directly to the hotel. You don't have to be hassled by the San Jose airport taxi drivers! Next, There is a shopping center with restaurants and a Walmart with a grocery store adjacent to the property. This came in very handy during our stay. The rooms are clean and we even had some tropical birds pay us a visit each morning on our window.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and there are some restaurants within walking distance. Department store is also walkable (get water and snacks). Breakfast wasn't included for us so don't know how that was. The room is clean and spacious. Water pressure in the bathroom is great. We stayed her twice - at the beginning of our trip and on the last night before catching an early flight. Shuttle service is convenient.
